Keeping content aligned across multiple Confluence Cloud sites usually means someone remembers to re-run a bulk sync every so often. In practice, “every so often” turns into “whenever someone notices things are out of date.”
Bulk Sync now supports recurring schedules.
You can sync an entire space at once, or select specific pages and folders, with a label filter to exclude content that shouldn’t move. That part isn’t new. What’s new is turning any of those configurations into a schedule — daily, weekly, or monthly — so it runs automatically going forward instead of waiting on someone to trigger it.
Picture an admin managing content shared across two Cloud sites after a partnership or acquisition. Instead of manually re-running a sync every time someone remembers to check, they set it to run every Monday morning, with legal-labeled content excluded. The sync list shows exactly when it last ran and when it’s due next, so there’s no guessing.
Schedules are easy to adjust later too: the frequency and timing can be edited without rebuilding the whole configuration, and any scheduled sync can be paused or removed if priorities change.
