Feature spotlight: Auto Sync pushes updates between Data Center and Cloud automatically

Running Data Center and Cloud side by side works fine until someone forgets to push an update. A page changes in one environment, nobody re-triggers the sync, and now two teams are looking at different versions of the same page without realizing it.

Auto Sync closes that gap.

Once it’s turned on for a space, updates push automatically between synced pages whenever a change happens — no manual trigger required. You can see whether Auto Sync is enabled for any given space directly from the synced spaces list, and switch it on or off from there.

Think of a space owner who edits a page in Data Center on a Friday afternoon. Without Auto Sync, that update sits until someone remembers to push it — maybe Monday, maybe later. With Auto Sync on, the Cloud copy reflects the change within the same sync cycle, and nobody has to remember anything.

This is a small setting with an outsized effect on hybrid setups specifically: the less content sync depends on someone remembering to act, the less likely two environments quietly drift apart.

Full steps for turning it on, and what the status indicators mean, are in the Automatic space sync guide.
