Ricksoft, Inc., is Now an Atlassian Platinum Marketplace Partner

As of 19 August 2026, Ricksoft, Inc., is a Platinum Marketplace Partner, the highest level in the Atlassian Marketplace Partner Program. We move up from Gold, and we’re now Platinum on both sides of Atlassian’s partner ecosystem, alongside our existing Platinum Solution Partner status.

Platinum isn’t awarded for size alone. Atlassian sets the bar on security, support and cloud track record, and reviews every partner against it. If you run Jira or Confluence with our apps installed, here’s what that means for you.

What Platinum means for your team

When you vet a Marketplace app, the hard questions come from security and procurement. Platinum answers several of them before anyone sends a questionnaire. To qualify, a partner must:

• Put every paid cloud app in Atlassian’s Bug Bounty Program, so outside security researchers are testing our apps continuously.
• Hold SOC 2 Type 2 or ISO 27001:2022 certification. Our ISO 27001:2022 certification has been in effect since June 2026.
• Keep a third-party validated Trust Center, so your InfoSec team can review our security posture without waiting on us. Ours is here.
• Respond to support requests in under 24 hours.
• Show a track record on Atlassian Cloud and Forge, Atlassian’s platform for apps that run on Atlassian’s own infrastructure.

Platinum also gives us closer working access to Atlassian’s product and partner teams. In practice, that means earlier notice of platform changes and a shorter path to getting issues resolved when something affects your instance.

Nothing about how you buy, license or use our apps changes. Your apps and your support contacts stay the same.
