Syncing a page usually means the content travels but the conversation around it doesn’t.
Someone leaves a review comment on the source page, and the synced copy in another space looks finished even though it isn’t — the feedback never made the trip.
Comments can sync too. It’s just easy to miss, since it’s off by default and lives inside the sync config rather than being its own visible feature. Turn on comment sync there, and both footer comments and inline comments carry over to the destination page. It syncs whenever you manually push an update or run a bulk sync, and automatically if Auto Sync is turned on for that space.
Picture two teams maintaining mirrored documentation across sites — one drafts, the other reviews. Today, a reviewer’s inline comment on the draft space now shows up on the synced copy too, so the drafting team sees exactly what needs fixing without a separate message or a “did you see my comment” follow-up.
It’s a setting worth checking for, not a small addition — content staying in sync doesn’t help much if the conversation about that content doesn’t come with it.
