Feature spotlight: Bulk Sync syncs a whole space at once, with label exclusions

Migration checkpoints rarely mean “sync everything.”

Usually it’s everything except the handful of pages legal hasn’t cleared, or the ones a specific team isn’t ready to cut over. Doing that one page at a time across a thousand-page space is slow, and it’s easy to miss one.

Bulk Sync feature syncs an entire space in one action, with a label filter to exclude what shouldn’t go yet. You can also choose whether blog posts are included in the batch. It’s available from the Bulk Sync Pages tab in your space settings.

Say you’re mid-migration with 1,000 pages to move at this checkpoint, but finance content is still waiting on a compliance review. Instead of manually deselecting every finance page, you sync the whole space and exclude anything tagged “finance” — done in one pass instead of a thousand individual decisions.

It exists so migration checkpoints stay fast: you’re not re-triggering sync page by page every time your DC and Cloud environments need to catch up.
